LOCATION & ACCESS
Coldbrook RV Park is located at 385 Gurn Springs Road, Gansevoort, New York 12831. The park sits on nearly 100 picturesque, wooded acres in the foothills of the Adirondacks — just minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and easily accessible from Interstate 87 at Exit 16. It is an easy drive north to Lake George Village as well.
Coldbrook RV Park is just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. The park is positioned near I-87 (Exit 16) in Gansevoort, giving guests quick access to Saratoga’s world-famous racetrack, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), vibrant downtown dining, and historic mineral springs.
Lake George Village is approximately 20–25 minutes north of Coldbrook RV Park via I-87. From the park, guests can easily reach Lake George boat cruises, The Great Escape amusement park, Fort William Henry, and the Adirondack hiking trails.
From the North: Head south on I-87, take Exit 17N toward US-9/NY-9P/Saratoga Springs, merge onto NY-9P N/US-9 N, then turn left onto Gurn Springs Rd.
From the South: Head north on I-87, take Exit 15 for NY-50 toward Saratoga Springs, continue onto NY-9 N, then turn right onto Gurn Springs Road.
From the West: Take I-90 E toward Albany, merge onto I-87 N, then follow the South directions above from Exit 15.
SEASON & RESERVATIONS
Coldbrook RV Park is a full-season park, open from May 1st through October 20th each year. The park is not open during the fall, winter, or early spring months.
Coldbrook RV Park operates on a seasonal basis only — sites are not available for nightly or weekend rentals. Guests commit to a seasonal spot for the full season (May 1 – October 20), making it a true summer home base in Upstate New York.
Securing your site is a simple three-step process:

- Schedule a Tour — The Coldbrook team will review your inquiry and reach out to schedule an appointment to tour the park.
- Lock in Your Reservation — After your tour, secure your site and get ready for a summer of memories in Upstate New York.

SITES & UTILITIES
Every campsite at Coldbrook RV Park includes water and sewer hookups in the base site. Electric service is available but is metered per site and billed separately — it is not included in the seasonal fee.
Yes — internet and cable TV are available through Spectrum. However, vacationers are responsible for setting up their own Spectrum service upon arrival. To make this easy, a Spectrum representative is available on-site at the beginning of the season (typically the first weekend in May) to help guests sign up quickly.
Campsites at Coldbrook RV Park are premium RV sites strategically positioned throughout the nearly 100-acre park to ensure privacy and tranquility. You can view and download the full park map at coldbrookrvpark.com/explore-the-park to explore specific site locations.

Coldbrook RV Park offers a resort-style experience with an extensive list of amenities: Recreation: Heated swimming pool, catch-and-release fishing in scenic ponds, horseshoe pits, softball field, volleyball court, basketball court, bocce ball court, and a playground.
